Yes; this service now gets its own page, as JOG Moving emphasizes smaller-scale moving services for clients in Grand Junction and the rest of the Grand Valley.

Clients seek out our services to save on one-item moves within the city. This operation has assisted others with "tiny 1-item moves" involving sofas, china cabinets, mattresses, and even more unique items like antiques, desks, and dog houses.

ONE-ITEM moving doesn't always mean just 1 piece!

This service is not confined to just a single piece of furniture. All in-town furniture moves involve at least ONE piece of something. JOG Moving assists clients with bedroom set moves, appliance swaps, small storage move-outs, and more.

Examples of ONE-ITEM moves

• MATTRESS MOVE: Mattresses are hard to move, epecially of the bigger and heavier ones. JOG Moving has taken care of that.
• COUCH MOVE: Clients have used our service to help move a sofa from one house to another.
• ARMOIRE RELOCATION: Our crews recently moved a big wardobe unit out of a sold house and over to another one!
• W/D SWAP: Clients contract us for appliance swaps all the time, which fall under the category of one (or two) item moving services.

• Cost of "ONE-ITEM" moving

  • BY THE HOUR: charged hourly based on crew size (i.e. $79/hour for a crew of 2).
  • ONE-ITEM MOVES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS: $6-$12 travel fee (per mover)
